Energy Sector - Azerbaijan
An energy loss report was prepared for a company operating in the gas distribution area. The report examined all factory steam lines. Insulation losses, steam trap leaks, heat losses, and deficiencies in boiler rooms were detailed. ROI calculations were made. → %12 savings potential was found.
Beverage Industry - Kazakhstan, Turkey
Maintenance of steam boilers was carried out at many facilities of an international beverage company. Flue gas analysis, functional tests, safety tests, limiter cleanings, and water side inspections were conducted. With the improvements made, boiler efficiencies were increased by 4%. Adjustments made to the burner settings optimized the oxygen values in the combustion reaction.
